I recently spent 5 nights at the MGM grand may 12-17. I knew the $28 daily resort fee would be on there so that was no surprise, however they charged me over $50 a day on top of that. I was already in the wrong room for my trip, then I get home and we had done the express check out so they emailed me my folio/charges for the week. So I had decided to stay there this time since they had renovated again however I was giving the wrong room so much for paying more for the room I wanted didnt matter. Started off on the wrong foot I booked one of the brand new King beds and was giving the West wing room which was not like the pictures/ description that was shown when booking and when I asked at the front desk they said that was the one I had booked I didnt have my confirmation to look at to show it WAS NOT THE ROOM I BOOKED, when I got home I looked at my confirmation and of course I was giving the wrong room, I had booked a New Grand King room which is not the west wing room I knew it was wrong because I had seen the west wing room before a year or 2 ago and specifically didnt stay at the MGM on my last trip becuase that room had bad reviews.
